He was predeceased by: his parents, James Holt Reeves and Ellen Theresa Boyd Reeves. He is survived by: his daughter Regina Reeves of Pocatello, ID; his stepson Matt Chandronait (Eleanor) of Martinez, CA; his grandsons, Alonzo Neal Jr. and Tobias Molder; and his stepgrandson Theodore Chandronait.

As an attorney, Reginald annually donated over 180 hours of free legal service to local veterans.
