It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Catherine Swanson Dawson of Sun Valley, Idaho, born in Sioux City, Iowa, who passed away on December 31, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Hanley Dawson Jr. Cathie. She is survived by: her husband Hanley Dawson III; her children, Megan Edwards (Chris), Hanley IV (Bridget), Liz Prior and Patrick (Tami); her grandchildren, Alex, Emilie, Duke, Sarah, Charlie, Mimi and Alton; her sister Sandy Lichtenwalter (Homer); and her nephews, Homer, Chris and Brian.
A Mass was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Our Lady of the Snows Catholic Church (206 Sun Valley Rd, Sun Valley, ID 83353).
