We are sad to announce that on October 28, 2022, at the age of 88, Roy Phillips Hill of Sugar City, Idaho, born in Ucon, Idaho passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel A Hill and Priscilla Bell Phillips; his daughter Polly; and his son-in-law J. C.. He is survived by: his wife Carrol; his children, Leslie Hill (Terri), Priscilla Hill and Lucinda Sousa; his grandchildren, Jacob Hill, Jordan Hill, Aubree Mason, Nikita and Tyler Sousa; and his brother Raymond Hill. He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren.
