He is survived by: his brother Bryce; his parents, Kurk Millward and Brenda Millward of Sugar City; his siblings, Andy Millward, RosaLee Johnson, Alycia Grover, Amy Lemmon and Hannah Millward; his siblings-in-law, Hannah Weaver Millward, Ryan Johnson, Preston Grover and Danial Lemmon; his nieces and nephews, EmmaLee, AddiLyn, Claire, Kate, Jack Johnson, Everleigh and Max Grover; and his grandparents, Nylin, Diane Nelson, Judy Richards, Golden and Sandy Millward.
