Joyce Rice Obituary

With solemn reverence, we commemorate Joyce Rice in Stone, Idaho, whose life came to an end on November 1, 2024 at the age of 92, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Talbot and Rachel Talbot; her husband Robert L Rice; and her great grandchild Gwyneth Rice. She is survived by: her children, Scott Rice (Lesli), Bobbi Green (Gerry), Jay Rice (Anita), Ren Rice (Sandi), Mitch Rice (Shannon) and Jill VanderToolen (Stan); and her sister Nola Talbot Achby. She is also survived by Her 29 grandchildren and their spouses, and her 76 great-grandchildren.

Viewing was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, November 9th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Holladay 27th Ward (5450 S Holladay Blvd, Holladay, UT 84117). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Holladay 27th Ward Building (5450 S Holladay Blvd, Holladay, UT 84117). A burial was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at the Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park (3401 S Highland Dr, Millcreek, UT 84106).
