She is survived by: her mother Liz Hale Perkes; her stepfather Leon Payne of Bothwell, Utah; her grandsons, Quade, Rasp, Haynks and Rawley Carter; her siblings, Tammy Ward (Base) of Almo, Patty Booth of Bothwell, Becky Riggs (Lyle) of Wellsville, Dusty (Shilo) of Richfield and Stephanie Lee (Vince) of Oregon; and her stepsiblings, Doug Payne (Kat) of Bothwell, Utah, Paula Payne and Peggy Nelson (John) of Tremonton, Utah. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
