He was predeceased by: his parents, Keith Smith and Jackie Smith; and his friend Travis Atwood. He is survived by: his wife Keri Lewis Ricca; his children, Jordyn, Madison, Mekayla (Antonio Starkey), Brennan, Sierra (Ryley Maxwell) and Shaylyn; his grandchildren, Alexandria and Samson Starkey; his siblings, Penny Key (Mike), Kim Farber and Brent Blazek (Jayne); and his nieces and nephews, Trish and Melissa. He is also survived by family members and friends.
