With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cecelia Ann Benoit (Star, Idaho), born in Nampa, Idaho, who passed away on March 31, 2023. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorothy Richardson and Cecil Richardson; her husband Melvin Benoit; her stepmother Frann Richardson; her brother Richard Scott; and her brothers-in-law, Stephen, Tommy and Bob.
She is survived by: her children, Pam, Lorenzo Salas, Deana and Don Winfrey; her siblings, Debra Ragsdale (Butch) and Monte Richardson (Cindy); and her siblings-in-law, Cathy Benoit, Verva Young, Marcella Benoit and John Benoit. She is also survived by five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
