He was predeceased by: his father Richard Banks; and his aunt Cyndi Barger. He is survived by: his mother Kathye Banks; his wife Mindy; his brother Lance (Jaime); his in-laws, Larry and Beci Bodmer; and his brother-in-law Nat Bodmer (April). He is also survived by children, extended family and many dear friends.
