It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlotte Ann Morgan of Spirit Lake, Idaho, born in Livingston, Texas, who passed away on October 28, 2021, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Pansy Icard (Horne) and Raymond Horne; her former husband Wayne Anderson; and her daughters, Tasha and Ashley.
