He was predeceased by: his parents, John Jabaay and Jenny Jabaay (Hop); and his brothers, Jacob and Christian. He is survived by: his wife Delores Jabaay of Sprit Lake; his children, Shelly Black (Chris) of Rathdrum, Tricia Curtis (Jeff) of Tekoa, Lance Jabaay (Jessica) of Addy and Ryan Jabaay (Heather) of Rathdrum; and his siblings-in-law, Jeanne Jabaay of Redlands, Bill Spysksma (Nancy), Jon, Bob Spyksma (Carita) and Jan VanderWeerd (Bob). He is also survived by his six granddaughters and nine grandsons.
In lieu of flowers the family asks donations to be made to Good Samaritan Rehabilitation in Coeur d' Alene, Idaho.
