She was predeceased by: her parents, Verl Leavitt and Reita Leavitt; her siblings, Danny Leavitt and Betty Ezell; and her brother-in-law Stephen Humphreys.
She is survived by: her husband Sam; her children, Sandra Allred (Chad), Mike of Soda Springs and Howard Humphreys (MaTisha) of Soda Springs; her brother Bob; her sister-in-law Chris of Soda Springs; her brother Brent; her sister-in-law Jacobi Leavitt of Boise; her sister Karen; her brother-in-law Randy Parrish of Pocatello; her brother Charles; her sister-in-law Lisa Humphreys of Georgetown; her sister Tammy; and her siblings-in-law, Dan Merrill of Soda Springs, Patty Humphreys and Penny Orton of Washington. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
