He was predeceased by: his brother Travis Hopkins; his grandparents, Darleen Moore, Nick and Martha Hopkins; his aunt Trish Hopkins; and his uncles, Jerry Moore, Art Moore and Dennis Hopkins (Matt Lindsay).
He is survived by: his parents, Gary Hopkins and Sharon Hopkins; his wife Kimi Nicole Hopkins; his daughters, Paetyn and Mattysen Hopkins; his siblings-in-law, Jeff and Kim Fetters; and his brothers, Ryan Carpenter (LaNae), Darrin Weaver, Dan Squires (Jen), Tracy Davis (Tilly) and Jared Henesh. He is also survived by his brother and sister in laws, many nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends.
