He was predeceased by: his parents, Theron Mathews Campbell and Lucille Baer Campbell; his siblings, Garr Campbell and Jeneane King; and his grandson Corey Campbell.
He is survived by: his children, Ted Campbell (Linda Bair) of Richmond, Rex Campbell (Nora) and Ann Hunt (Steven) of Hyde Park, Utah.; and his sisters, Louise Hill (Claire) of Gilbert and Katherine Kelly (Neil) of Torrington, Wyoming.. He is also survived by his six children, 13 Grand children and 26 great grandchildren.
