He was predeceased by: his parents, Garmount Fullmer and Lorna Fullmer; his brothers, Reid Fullmer and Cordell Fullmer; and his great grandchild Scotty Lovejoy.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Fullmer; his children, Douglas Fullmer (Darcy), Jeffrey Fullmer (Melissa), Gregory Fullmer (Summer), Lori Driggs (Aaron) and Michael Fullmer (Emilee); and his siblings, LaDonna Henman (Butch) and Rex Fullmer (Konda). He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
