He is survived by: his wife Peggy Cook of Soda Springs, ID; his daughter Debbie Shook (Earl) of Pingree, ID; and his siblings, Lawrence Cook, John Cook (Pennie), Mark Mills (Cheryl), Susan Heibert (JD) and Peggy Cook Miller. He is also survived by 2 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
