He was predeceased by: his parents, Ezra Berg and Helen K. Christensen Berg; his stepparents, Ted Carlson and Margaret Berg; and his siblings, Leland Berg and Judy Carlson.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Rae Berg of Soda Springs, ID; his children, Darren Berg of Cottonwood Heights, UT, Melanie (Steven Sparrow), Allison (Brad Jorgensen), Jamie (Glen Loader), Lisa Berg Sparrow of Pocatello, ID and Amy Berg of Spokane, WA.; and his sisters, Joann Saltarelli (Vince) of Indio, CA and DarLa Berg Guenther of California. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren.
