He is survived by: his wife Connie Ann Simmons Parise; his children, Eddie Parise Jr., Michael Parise, Tom Hagen, Jake Simmons, Colt Simmons, Debbie Ewald, Diane Ribidou, Shelly Suek, Mary Swears, Katy Poitra and Taylor Simmons; and his siblings, Gail Henke and Gloria Herring. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren.
