He was predeceased by: his parents, Lovell James and Jennie McClellan Mendenhall; and his sisters, Marilyn Mendenhall and Geraldine Smith. He is survived by: his wife Ann Mendenhall of Grace, Idaho; and his children, Janet Cattani (Stephen) of Ogden, Utah, Steve Dwayne Mendenhall of Soda Springs, Idaho and Paul Mendenhall (Angie) of Grace, Idaho. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and by 11 great-grandchildren.
