It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Douglas Lee Elgan in Soda Springs, Idaho, born in Anchorage, Alaska, who passed away on November 14, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse H. Elgan and Estella Elgan; and his siblings, Janice Wise and Jess B. Elgan. He is survived by: his wife Clarelyn; his children, Mark Elgan, Diane Witzel (Ken), David Elgan (Misti), Steven Elgan (Tiffany) and Duane Elgan (Jessica); and his sister Mary Adams. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and one future great-grandchild.
