He was predeceased by: his parents, Neil Lewis and Ialeen Lewis; and his sisters, Debbie Hurren and Kathy Lewis. He is survived by: his siblings, Russell Lewis, Reggie Lewis, Wade Lewis, Wendy Negus and Maryalene Hansen; his sons, Bob (Krista), Richard and Benjamin Lewis (Sky); his wife Wendy Lewis; and his daughter Dee Dee Clark (Russ). He is also survived by his 10 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
