He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Garbett and Vernona Garbett; his in-laws, Darrell and Gwen Lindsay; his brothers, Rick and Jeff; his siblings-in-law, Shelley, Faye, Kat Garbett, Leon Rindlisbaker, Kevin Coziah and Joe Lindsay; and his great-niece Mattie Joe.
He is survived by: his wife Jane Lindsay; his children, Andy Garbett (Melanie), Emily Curry (Neal), Cliff Garbett (DesaRae), Alan Garbett and Clay Garbett (Deena); his sisters, Candace Porter (Keith), Renee Smoot (Danny) and Bea Jasperson (Kevin); and his nephews, Matthew Lindsay and TJ Lindsay. He is also survived by many grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
