We are sad to announce that on April 25, 2023, at the age of 85, Clarelyn Elgan in Soda Springs, Idaho, born in Mesa, Arizona passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, R. Clarence White and Evalyn Bell White; her husband Douglas Lee Elgan; and her children, Mark Elgan, Diane Witzel (Ken), David Elgan (Misti), Steven Elgan (Tiffany) and Duane Elgan (Jessica). She was also cherished by 15 grandchildren.
