It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janice Marlene Griffin of Smelterville, Idaho, born in Newberg, Oregon, who passed away on January 30, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Asche and Virginia Asche; and her husband Fredrick Griffin. She is survived by: her daughters, Heather Freber (Mark) of Smelterville, ID, Holly Olson (Marc) of Post Falls, ID and Hilary Guertin (Travis) of Post Falls, ID; her grandchildren, Lakoda Griffin, Victoria Olson, Prestin Gibbs, Madison Gibbs and Samuel Olson; her great grandchild Bentley Griffin; her sister Barb Duling (Jim) of Sunapee, NH; and her nephews, Don and Shawn Duling.
