He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Markve and Bergetta Markve (Grotta); and his siblings, Harold, Jr., David, Mary and Helen.
He is survived by: his former wife Susan Goos; his daughters, Wendy (Troy Ricks) of Coeur and Deanna (Fred Thompson) of Helena, Montana; his grandchildren, Alexa and Jackson; and his siblings, Tom Markve of Indiana, Jim Markve of Illinois and Francis Mann of Georgia. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
