He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Howard and Louise Barrow Howard; and his wife Billee Lylo Howard. He is survived by: his children, Delmer A. Howard of Butte, MT and Lola Meyer of Page, ID; his sisters, Charlene Martinez of Polson, MT and LaDonna Kirkaleie of Bakersfield, CA; and his grandson Billy Howard of Kalispell, MT. He is also survived by great-granddaughter, and numerous nieces and nephews.
