He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen France of Maine and Della Garner France; his siblings, Joseph Junior France, Beth France Cook (Steven) and Lorraine France; his great grandchild Stetsen David Pinnock; and his grandson-in-law Tyler Anderson.
He is survived by: his wife Marsha Jean France (Clayton) of Idaho Falls; his children, Jeanna Peterson (Dave), Catherine Szarkowski (Ron), Angela Anderson (Ryan), Kory France (Cindy), Ashley France and Lisa Tschikof (Coby); and his brother Garry France. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM and on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM. A funeral service was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Taylor Ward Chapel (1101 1250 North Rd, Shelley, ID 83274). A burial was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at the Taylor Cemetery (720 E 129 S, Idaho Falls, ID 83404).
