He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Rasmussen and Verlene Rasmussen; his siblings, Kelly Jo, Barbara and Mary; and his close friend Alfred Tschikof.
He is survived by: his wife Catherine Staples; his daughters, Mindy Schwartz (Chris) of Brainerd, MN, Ashley Lewis (Alex) of Shelley and Charity Winterbottom (Cody) of Shelley; and his siblings, Jim, Keith and Sonja. He is also survived by nine grandkids, two great grandsons.
