It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patsy Ann Cowley (Shelley, Idaho), born in Kanab, Utah, who passed away on July 23, 2023, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Doree "Sally" Cowley; her stepmother Deanna Walters Cowley; her sister April Cowley; and her grandparents, Dr. Royal, Pearl Bell, Charles and Leah Cowley.

She is survived by: her father Julian Cowley of Idaho Falls; her niece Shasta Cowley; her nephew Spence Cowley; and her brothers, Dirk Cowley (Wendy), John Cowley (Diana) of Shelley, Mark Cowley (Lisa) of Shelley and Andrew (Kelly) of Minnetrista, Minnesota..
