He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Merritt Pena; and his children, Terri Oakey (Paul) of Rio Rancho, NM, Tracy Pena (Stephanie) of Idaho Falls, ID, Jennifer Pena of Idaho Falls, ID, Juan Pena (Ashley) of Ammon, ID, Ashlee Murdock of Idaho Falls, ID and Christopher Pena of Ammon, ID. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
