She was predeceased by: her parents, Hilario Torres and Clara Torres; her husband Norberto Cantú Sr.; and her grandson Joel Bojorquez. She is survived by: her children, Norberto Jr. Cantú (Cricelia), Arnold Cantú (Oliver), Petra Arave (Duke), Ruben Cantú, Noe Cantú, Paty Gil (Ruben), Ben Cantú (Randi) and Daniel Cantú.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM and on Friday, December 6th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Nalder Funeral Home (110 W Oak St, Shelley, ID 83274). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at the Fielding Memorial Park Cemetery (4600 S Yellowstone Hwy, Idaho Falls, ID 83402).
