He is survived by: his wife Marcia Rumsey; his sons, Bradley Doyle Rumsey (Julie) of Boise, ID., Rees Jay Rumsey (Nancy) of Albert, TX. and Wade Andrew Rumsey (Katy) of Idaho Falls, ID.; his siblings, Jan Shelby Boyle and Michael Rumsey; and his caregiver Kara Springer Yancey.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM and on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Woodville Chapel (1555 N 700 E, Shelley, ID 83274). A burial was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at the Fielding Memorial Park Cemetery (4600 S Yellowstone Hwy, Idaho Falls, ID 83402).
