He was predeceased by: his parents, Ethel Van Voorhis and Cecil Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Vicki Borup; his children, Todd Johnson (Erika) of Idaho Falls, Tina Davis (Brent) of Shelley, Troy Johnson (Melissa) of Meridian and Tara Johnson of Idaho Falls; his niece Cynthia Gorino of Emmett; and his brother Jerry Hoopes (Donna) of Kamiah. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
