With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles Willson Higham of Shelley, Idaho, who passed away on August 17, 2023 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Lawrence Higham and Katherine Marie Goettsche Higham; his wife Rehle Ellison; his brother Edward (Eddie); and his daughter-in-law Amy Higham (Jerry).
He is survived by: his children, Susan Buescher (Charles) of Ammon, Idaho, Joe L. (Karlene) of Shelley, Idaho, Celeste French (Kelly) of Idaho Falls, Idaho, Cynthia Fielding (Brian) of Firth, Idaho, Jerry Higham of Shelley, Idaho, Jamey Higham (Melissa) of Eagle, Idaho and Jordan Higham (Kara) of Shelley, Idaho; and his siblings-in-law, Steve Austin (Claire) and Shawna Strobel. He is also survived by 25 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, and good friends.
The family requests those who wish to express sympathy to consider making a donation to the Rehle Higham Art and Dance Scholarship Fund at Bank of Commerce in Shelley.
