He was predeceased by: his parents, Rita Jean Cox and Darrell Leroy Burtenshaw; and his siblings, Brian and Barbara. He is survived by: his daughter Jessica Jolley; his grandsons, Sean and Jack Starnes; and his siblings, Bruce Burtenshaw, Brent Burtenshaw, Bryce Burtenshaw, Brenda Harker, Bonita Hilton and Beverly Burtenshaw.
