She was predeceased by: her parents, William Albee and Ruth Albee; her husband John Milton Smart; her daughter Joy Lingo; her brother William Albee Jr.; and her caregiver Kellie Sines.
She is survived by: her children, James Smart of Carmel, CA, Julie Plaskett (Mark) of King City, CA, Jeannie Marie and Jon Smart (Mary) of Floresville, TX; her son-in-law Todd Lingo of Elk, WA; her brother Robert Albee (Marty) of Olympia, WA; and her pet Lucy. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 15 great- grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
