It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wayne J Roos (Sandpoint, Idaho), born in Afton, Wyoming, who passed away on January 13, 2024, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his son Vernon Hyrum Roos; his grandchildren, Brian Wayne Marks, Karalee Michelle King, Stephanie Faye Roos and Eric Roos; his parents, Hyrum Roos and May Roos; and his siblings, Walt, Roy, Goldie, Wanda, Wilda, Blanche, Wyoma and Valier.
He is survived by: his wife Gwen; his children, Linda Marks (Glen), Ellen Wells (Jerry), Karen Callen (Clyde), Cynthia Hill (Rod), Shirley Devenport (Bruce) and Steve Roos (Rebecca); and his sisters, Neoma Soelberg and Relia Skinner. He is also survived by many grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
