She was predeceased by: her parents, Madge Siple and Ralph Siple; her brothers, Virgil and John; and her daughter Jan.
She is survived by: her husband Leonard Brooks; her brother Ralph; her children, Susan Swalley and Robert Brooks; her grandchildren, Kenneth, Douglas Swalley, Jennifer Milmont and Samantha Milburn; and her great grandchildren, Brooklyn, Avery Milmont and Emma Milburn.
