He is survived by: his wife Julia Brown; and his children, Kevin L. Brown, Cecelia S. Brown, Christopher P. Brown and Thomas E. Brown. He is also survived by Numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, step children, nieces, nephews and cousins.
