Richard Howell Obituary

We are sad to announce that on December 29, 2023, at the age of 68, Richard Howell of Sandpoint, Idaho, born in Pocatello, Idaho passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father James Howell; and his brother Russell Howell. He is survived by: his mother Ivy Howell of Salt Lake, UT; his daughters, Tess Howell (Tanner Welch) of Sandpoint and Ashley Merrill (John) of Fairfax, CA; his grandchildren, Clara and Felix Merrill; and his sisters, Vickie Neider (Devin) of Salt Lake and Peggy Daniels of Salt Lake.
