We are sad to announce that on December 2, 2023, at the age of 69, Michelle Dion Carter (Sandpoint, Idaho), born in Torrance, California passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gary Wheaton and Betty Wheaton. She is survived by: her husband Daniel Carter; her children, Rachel Ariella Cail, Kara Ann Elliott, Rebecca Lee Orndorff, Lilly Rose Perez and Lucas Mackenzie McCoy; her grandchildren, Anthony Jeffries, Serena Jeffries, Deangelo Neylan Orndorff, Esmond Takeo Orndorff, Liam Usher Perez, Christian MacKenzie Perez, Violet Rose Perez, Adelaide McCoy and Mavis McCoy; and her brothers, Mike Wheaton, Mark Wheaton and Gary Wheaton.
