It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Melinda K Hoekema (Sandpoint, Idaho), who passed away on October 28, 2019, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Vincent and Alta Vincent; and her sisters-in-law, Sally Vincent and Nita Harper. She is survived by: her husband Mark Hoekema; her grandson Ezra; her children, Bryce (Laura) and Emily Sieck (David) of Spokane, Washington; her siblings, Cherie Moore (Brett) of Sandpoint, Idaho, Lori Eddings (Jim) of Sagle, Idaho, Janine Lichty (Bob) of Cocolalla, Idaho and Curtis Vincent; and her sister-in-law Nadine Campbell (Dan) of Kootenai. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests donations be made to Eastpoint Church in Spokane, Washington c/o the Melinda Hoekema Memorial Fund dedicated to women's outreach.
