He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lloyd Dunkel and Wilma Dunkel; his wife Arlana Dunkel of Sandpoint; his children, Mose Dunkel (Janice) of Sandpoint, Amoreena Burgeren (Blair) of Olympia, WA and Cecily Johnson of Talent, OR; his stepchildren, Arla Markael, Angela Heigis, Nathanel Heigis, Jered Heigis and Bethany Heigis (James Martinez) of Sandpoint; his brother Roger Dunkel (Debbie) of Sandpoint; and his nephew Chad Dunkel (Kristen Oliver) of Moscow. He was also cherished by 20 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren.
