She was predeceased by: her son Lloyd James Garner; her brother William Nugent; her parents, William Nugent and Elizabeth Nugent Cavanaugh (Betty); her stepfather Frank A. Cavanaugh; and also, Husband Lloyd Lyle Garner and Companion Charlie Kress.

She is survived by: her spouse Lloyd Lyle Garner; her daughter-in-law Kelli Garner; her daughters, Sadie of Costa Mesa, CA and Teddi Garner (Barbara); her brother Dennis Nugent (Carol); her children, Katie of Arlington Heights, IL, Kelly of Arlington Heights, IL and Lindsey of Arlington Heights, IL; her sister Susan Raynsford; her children, Bryson of Laguna Niguel, CA and Riley of Laguna Niguel, CA; her sister Mary Beth Thomas (Ken); her children, Jessica of Prairie, WI and Nikki of Prairie, WI; her granddaughters, Sadie and Lindsay; her great grandchildren, Haley and Heidi; her friend Ann Conradi Cast; and also Nancy Mosman (Tim). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
