She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Hailey and Ruby Hailey; her brother Harold Hailey; and her son Justin Hines. She is survived by: her husband John Hines; her daughter Jennifer Hines; and her siblings, Jerry Hailey, Neoma Smittle and Marie Treadway.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to any local 4-H or youth program.
