He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Anne Marie Colpaert (Jensen) and Cecil Topp; his close friend Jerry Spade; his wife Shirley Topp; his children, Shane Topp (Jodi), Mark Topp, Vonda Mitchell and Sheryl Williams (David); his siblings, John Topp (Anna), Joseph Colpaert (Nancy), Shawn Colpaert (Becky), Delvin Tucker (Joyce) and Marsha Aynes (Cliff); and his cousin Lavon Huckabay. He was also cherished by several other cousins, four grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
