She was predeceased by: her parents, Ronald Young and Hilma Johnstun Young; her sister Lauretta Young Monsen (Jay); and her nephew Ronald Nelson. She is survived by: her husband Don Nelson of Cedar City; her stepchildren, Ron Nelson and Julianne Nelson Sorensen; her sisters, Margaret Young Stewart (Don), Rosemary Young Wade (Bryan) and Hazel Young Sanders (John); her daughters, Shanna Nelson and Julie Sorensen; and her grandchildren, Sasha, Chance and Aaron. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
