She was predeceased by: her parents, Lois Hickey and Howard "Jack" Hickey; and her daughter Pamela Holt. She is survived by: her husband James "Jim" Holt; her brother James "Jim" Hickey; her children, Dean Holt (Karrie), Jeff Holt, Mark Holt and Kristi Armstrong (Brian); and also, Mark, Marion Johnson, Jacki and Jim. She is also survived by brothers and sister-in-laws, and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
The Family would like to thank all the Hospice volunteers, neighbors Mark and Marion Johnson, and all who helped care for Jacki and Jim during her lengthy battle with Alzheimer's disease.
