He is survived by: his former wife Lola Moore; his daughter Jo; his former spouse Riley Crawford Palaniuk; his stepchildren, Shawn and Mark; his wife Barbara Jean Jinright; his stepchildren, Bryon, Alisa and Jim; his sisters, Shirley Hruza (AZ) and Kathleen Bradetich (Cd'A); his daughters, Tammy VanTuyl, Kristy Davis (Bob), Juanita Tucker (Jo) and Lori Gunther (Mark); and his adoptive children, Mark Palaniuk (Tammy), Shawn Palaniuk (Sherry), Bryon Jinright, Alisa Hunt (Terry), James Jinright (Kourtney) and Michelle Sharp.
Jerry's wish is in lieu of flowers a donation to his church would be wonderful.
