She was predeceased by: her former husband Fred Alger; her son Matthew; and her siblings, Chris Story, Newt Millen and David Millen.
She is survived by: her former husband Steve Gilchrist; and her children, Mark Alger (Toni), Shawn Keough (Mike), Jan Hill (Doug) and Jesse Gilchrist. She is also survived by two grandchildren, their spouses and two great grandchildren.
The family respectfully suggests donations in Esther's memory be sent to the Sandpoint Senior Center at 820 Main St., Sandpoint, Idaho 83864.
